I premade a lamp before I set of on my trip which I had painted with blue underglaze. I got up at 4am in the snow to get the perfect photo of the sun coming up over the iconic Wanaka Tree. I applied a sgraffito technique to embellish the tree. This lamp includes an RGB USB light with a remote. The light is diffused by a mound of glass beads.
