I dined on a bowl of steamed, green lipped mussels in Picton. I cleaned and took a mold of the shells. These hand-crafted mussels were cast from the mold, individually hand painted, and glazed. Served with onion rings and fresh chilli. The magma glazed bowl represents the rocks you can find the mussels anchored to.
